Configure Genesys Cloud for Salesforce and Genesys Cloud for High Velocity Sales

- High Velocity Sales enabled in your Salesforce organization. Contact Salesforce.
To use the integration with the Salesforce High Velocity Sales app in Lightning Experience, configure the following items in Genesys Cloud for Salesforce and Genesys Cloud:
- In Genesys Cloud for Salesforce, select Enable High Velocity Sales.

- (Optional) If you use sales cadences that contain branching, your call results in the sales cadence and your wrap-up codes on a queue in Genesys Cloud must match.
Important: The names of call results and wrap-up codes can be different cases but must have the same spacing. For example, the integration considers Call Back Later and Call back later a match but not Call Back Later and CallBackLater.For more information, see Define Call Results for Branching in the Salesforce documentation and Add a wrap-up code to a queue.
The integration is now ready for agents to initiate a call workflow in the sales cadence and then make the call in the client.
