Change your status

Note: This article applies to PureCloud Embeddable Framework, PureCloud for Chrome, PureCloud for Firefox, PureCloud for Salesforce, and PureCloud for Zendesk.

When you change your status in either the client or PureCloud, your status automatically changes in the other application.

To change your status in the client, follow these steps:

  1. Click Arrow in the upper-right corner of the client, or click your status at the bottom of the pane.Status list
  2. Select a status.
    1. If you select Out of Office, set dates and times. To schedule Out of Office without an end date, select No specific end time.
    2. Click Schedule
      Note: To cancel a scheduled Out of Office, click Delete Scheduled
