Change imported records by means of External Contacts
- External Contacts > External Entity > Import permission (included in the Admin role)
Using a bulk import to upload external contact and/or organization information allows you to change field values for those records. You can make manual changes to one or more of those records; however, a later bulk upload replaces your manual changes.
Note: The bulk import process is a one-way sync. Changes that you make to fields in Genesys Cloud are not made to the source CSV file.
