• Genesys Cloud Voice Admin role

You can cancel any port request that has a status of Port Pending.

  1. Click Admin. 
  2. Under Genesys Cloud Voice, click Number Management.
  3. Select the check box next to the port date and click Cancel Port.
    Note: You can only cancel one port request at a time. If you select more than one port request, the Cancel Port button will be disabled.
  4. View the numbers included in your cancel request. 
  5. Click Continue.
