Cancel a port request
- Genesys Cloud Voice Admin role
You can cancel any port request that has a status of Port Pending.
- Click Admin.
- Under Genesys Cloud Voice, click Number Management.
- Select the check box next to the port date and click Cancel Port.Note: You can only cancel one port request at a time. If you select more than one port request, the Cancel Port button will be disabled.
- View the numbers included in your cancel request.
- Click Continue.
