About the telephone user interface
The telephone user interface, or TUI, allows you to check voicemail and set options directly on your phone.
Use the telephone user interface
To use your selected phone to access your voicemail or set options, dial *86 through the Genesys Cloud dial pad or through your phone’s touchpad. You can also press your phone’s voicemail button.
