About the Audit Viewer

The Audit Viewer enables you to filter and see various events that Genesys Cloud generates based on service actions for administrative functions.

Browse logged Genesys Cloud service events in the full-page audit log viewer on the main Admin page. Alternatively, open a mini Audit Viewer from the footer of any administrative pages in Genesys Cloud. The full-page viewer includes an optional detailed view of each event.
