You can copy a previously published or unpublished schedule, including all agents, shifts, and activities, to a new week’s schedule.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Workforce Management, click Schedules.
  3. From the Business Unit list in the upper right corner, select the desired business unit.
  4. (Optional) To change the time zone in which you view data, in the upper right hand corner select the current time zone list.
    Note: By default, the view uses the business unit’s time zone.
  5. From the list of schedules, select the schedule you want to copy to a new week.
  6. On the right corner of the selected schedule, click .
  7. From the options, click Copy. The Copy Schedule page opens.
  8. In the Schedule Start Week field, click to select the start week of the schedule. 
    Note: If the schedule you are copying is longer than one week, the schedule week represents the first week of the new schedule.
  9. (Optional) In the Description field, add a description for the schedule and click Save. The system returns to the Schedules page.
  10. (Optional) Open the schedule and make any modifications.
