The Edit Contacts page lets you add, remove, and edit information for external contacts in your Genesys Cloud directory.

To open this page:

  1. Click Directory .
  2. Click External Contacts.
  3. Type all or part of the contact’s name or organization in the Search for Contacts or Organizations  box.
  4. In the result list, click the row of the contact that you want to view or edit.
  5. Click Edit Contact.
UI element Action
Contact information fields Shows information for the external contact in the public Genesys Cloud directory.
Save Saves any changes to the external contact information.
Cancel Ignores any changes and returns to the Manage Contacts page.
Delete  Deletes the external contact from the public directory.
