Delete a rule set

 Note: Before you delete a rule set, edit the properties of any campaign that references it. You cannot delete a rule set that is assigned to a campaign. 

To delete one or more rule sets:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Outbound, click Rule Management.
  3. Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Outbound > Rule Management.
  4. Click the Call Rule Sets tab, Digital Rule Sets tab, or the Campaign Rules tab.
  5. Click the checkbox next to the name of a rule set to delete. 
  6. Click Delete, then click Yes to confirm the deletion.
