Add a new supported content profile
- Genesys Cloud CX 2, Genesys Cloud CX 3, Genesys Cloud CX 4, Genesys Cloud CX 2 Digital, Genesys Cloud CX 3 Digital, or Genesys Cloud CX 1 Digital Add-on II license
 - Messaging > Supported Content > Add, Delete, Edit, and View permission
 
To add a new content profile, perform the following steps:
- Click Admin.
 - Under Message, select Supported Content Profiles.
 - Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Message > Supported Content Profiles.
 - Click New Content Profile.
 - In the Profile Name field, enter a name for the content profile.
 - The Inbound tab is displayed by default. Use the Add File Types to add outbound and inbound files.
 - To add inbound files, perform the following steps:
- Click the Inbound tab. This is the default selection.
 - Click Add File Types. The Add Inbound File Types pane appears. It displays all the available file types that you can select.
 - In the Add Inbound File Types pane, select the file types to allow.
 - Select a category in the View list. Or, to filter the file types, start typing in the search box. You can select all or select individual files types. A check mark appears next to a selected type.
 - Click Add Inbound Files. The selected file types appear in the Inbound tab.
 
 - To add outbound files, perform the following steps:
- Click the Outbound tab.
 - Click Add File Types. The Add Outbound File Types pane appears.
 - In the Add Outbound File Types pane, select the file types to allow.
 - Select a category in the View list. Or, to filter the file types, start typing in the search box. You can select all or select individual files types.
 - Select all or select individual files types. A check mark appears next to a selected type.
 - Click Add Outbound Files. The selected file types appear in the Outbound tab.
 
 - Click Create.
