Can I transfer a non-ACD call directly to a user’s voicemail?

Prerequisites
  • User > Voicemail > Transfer permission

To transfer a caller directly to another user's voicemail, follow these steps:

  1. From the current call, click Expand and then select Transfer.
  2. Begin to type the user's name and from the list, select the person to which to transfer the interaction.
    Notes
    • You can only transfer to voicemail for another Genesys Cloud user.
    • The All tab shows the sum of the initial results for the Users, Queues, and External Contacts tabs.
    • To filter by Genesys Cloud users, click Users .
  3. To the right of the person name, click More .
  4. Under Work Voicemail, click Transfer to Voicemail.
