Performance dashboard owners

Prerequisites

The following permissions:

  • To delete the dashboards of active users in the organization: Analytics > Dashboard Configurations > Delete Active
  • To delete the dashboards of inactive users in the organization: Analytics > Dashboard Configurations > Delete Inactive

    Administrators can access and manage both public and private dashboards created by all the organization’s users from the dashboard owners page. The administrators can bulk delete dashboards of a single user or multiple users from the dashboard owners page to control the total number of dashboards within the organization. You can filter the dashboards based on active and inactive users. The administrators can bulk delete dashboards of a single user or multiple users from the dashboard summary page to control the total number of dashboards within the organization. For more information, see the Delete dashboards for users section in Add and edit Performance Dashboards.

    You can filter the dashboards by active users, inactive users, and active and inactive users. 

    To filter the dashboards by active, inactive, and active and inactive users:

    1. Click Performance > Workspace > Dashboards > Dashboard Owners
    2. Click the Active and Inactive Users drop-down menu.
    3. From the drop-down, select the required user type as Active Users, Inactive Users, or Active and Inactive Users.

      To delete a dashboard from the Dashboard Owners page:

      1. Click PerformanceWorkspace > Dashboards > Dashboard Owners. The page lists all the dashboards created by users in an organization. 
      2. To bulk delete all the dashboards created by a user, from the Active and Inactive Users drop-down menu, select the required user type as Active and Inactive Users, Active Users, or Inactive Users.
      3. Select the required user or users. 
      4. To delete all the dashboards for the selected user, click Delete dashboards.

      Notes: The users can recover deleted dashboards within 30 days. To recover the deleted dashboard, the user has to log a ticket with Customer Care.

        Available columns

        Column Description
        Name Displays the name of the dashboard owner.
        Email Displays the email address of the dashboard owner.
        Dashboards Displays the number of dashboards owned by the dashboard owner.
