Configure 911 or other emergency numbers

Depending on a company’s jurisdiction regulations, industry, or internal policies, Genesys Cloud may need to be enabled to connect with public emergency services, such as 911 in the United States. You configure emergency services in the Number Plan and Outbound Routes sections of the Sites page.
