Duplicate an intent miner

You can create a copy of a miner from a Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flow or Genesys Digital Bot Flow. Next, rename and modify the new miner according to your specifications.

Duplicate a miner from a Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flow or Genesys Digital Bot Flow

To duplicate a miner from a Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flow or a Genesys Digital Bot Flow in Architect, complete these steps:

1. In Architect, open a new or existing Architect bot flow or digital bot flow.
2. Under Insights and Optimizations, click Intent Miner.
3. Next to the miner that you want to delete, click More .
4. From the menu that appears, click Duplicate. Intent miner creates a copy of the selected miner.
5. Rename and configure the new miner according to your specifications.
