Add labels to a knowledge base V2

You can tag content in your knowledge base articles with labels. For more information, see Understand knowledge base V2 categories and labels.

  1. Click Admin
  2. Under Knowledge, click Categories & Labels.
  3. Click Menu > Knowledge > Categories and Labels.
  4. Click the Labels tab.
  5. Under Label name, type a meaningful name for the label.
  6. Click the Label color list and select the appropriate color for the label.
  7. Click Create label.
  8. Repeat steps 4–6 for each additional label that you want to add.
