Create a new version of a Messenger configuration

Prerequisites
  • Genesys Cloud CX 1 Digital Add-on II, Genesys Cloud CX 2, Genesys Cloud CX 2 Digital, Genesys Cloud CX 3, or Genesys Cloud CX 3 Digital license
  • Web Deployments > Configurations > All permission
  • Web Deployments > Deployments > All permission
  • An inbound messaging flow

To create a new version of a messenger configuration, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Message, click Messenger Configurations.
  3. Navigate to the Messenger configuration from which you want to create a new version and in the Configuration Name column, click the name.
  4. Make the appropriate changes to the draft version of the Messenger configuration.
  5. Click Save New Version.
