Series: Install and configure the Nuance TTS integration

Prerequisites

Install the Nuance TTS integration from your organization’s Admin > Integrations page. Then configure and activate the integration. Note: Before you can obtain the Nuance TTS application, you must contact Genesys Cloud Sales to update your subscription. 

To install the Nuance TTS integration, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Integrations, click Integrations.
  3. Click Integrations.
  4. In the Search box, type Nuance. The Nuance TTS card appears.
  5. On the Nuance TTS card, click Install. The integration opens to the Details page.
  6. (Optional) Change the name of the integration and add any relevant notes.
