Delete a call analysis response
Administrators can delete a call analysis response if it is not assigned to a campaign.
To delete a call analysis response:
- Click Admin.
- Under Outbound, click Call Analysis Responses.
- In the first column, select the checkbox in the row for each call analysis response to delete.
- Click Delete.
- When prompted to confirm the delete operation, click Yes. The system deletes the selected items or displays a message.
