Add a wallboard account to your subscription

Prerequisites

One of the following permissions:

  • Billing > All permission

or

  • Billing > Subscription > Add and Billing > Subscription > View permissions

If your Genesys Cloud subscription does not already include a wallboard account, you can add wallboard accounts to your subscription to access wallboard reports at reduced prices compared to the use of a full Genesys Cloud license.

To add wallboard accounts to your subscription,

  1. Go to https://appfoundry.genesys.com/.
  2. Search for the Genesys Cloud Wallboards add on you want to add.
  3. Click the card and follow the instructions.
Note: If you are a Genesys Cloud partner or partner customer and unable to add Genesys Cloud Wallboards add on via AppFoundry, contact your sales representative.

While Genesys Cloud sets up your service and updates your billing, a progress spinner appears. When the process completes, your new service is ready to use.
