Edit a port request
Prerequisites
- Genesys Cloud Voice Admin role
You can change the activation date and time of a port request that has a status of Port Pending.
- Click Admin.
- Under Genesys Cloud Voice, click Number Management.
- Click the Port Requests tab.
- Select the check box next to the port that you want to edit.Note: You can only edit one port request at a time. If you select more than one port request, Number Management disables the Edit Port button.
- Click Edit Port. The appropriate Edit Port Request dialog appears.
- Use the calendar and clock controls to select a new date and time.
- Click Save.
