Cancel a port request

Prerequisites

  • Genesys Cloud Voice Admin role

You can cancel any port request that has a status of Port Pending.

  1. Click Admin. 
  2. Under Genesys Cloud Voice, click Number Management.
  3. Click the Port Requests tab.
  4. Select the check box next to the port that you want to cancel and click Cancel Port. The Cancel Port dialog appears.
    Note: You can only cancel one port request at a time. If you select more than one port request, Number Management disables the Cancel Port button.
  5. Check that the numbers included in your cancel request. 
  6. Click Confirm.
