The Routing of Salesforce Emails configuration on the managed package settings page allows you to route Salesforce emails through Genesys Cloud. Agents are alerted about all the interactions types in the client, but respond to the emails on cases in Salesforce. After you configure the routing of Salesforce emails, use the Flow Builder in Salesforce to create a flow that automates the routing of Salesforce emails through Genesys Cloud for Salesforce.
