Voicemail messages for group ring 

Callers can now use the group ring feature to leave a voicemail message when a call is not answered by a member of the group. An administrator can create a custom voicemail message to use or choose to use a default message. Configurable settings enable the administrator to specify how long to ring the group and how many sets to ring before going to voicemail. For more information, see Set a group ring phone number and About voicemail. This feature requires Edge and Media Tier version or later.

Contact center

Configurable transfer timeout in Architect

Administrators and contact center managers can override existing timeout configuration for transfers to groups, internal and external numbers, and users. This feature allows for customized error handling on transfers that do not reach the intended recipient. For more information, see Transfer to Group actionTransfer to Number actionand Transfer to User action. This feature requires Edge and Media Tier version or later.
