Removal of credit card numbers from chat messages
For regulatory and compliance requirements and to reduce the likelihood that users in Collaborate chats are inadvertently exposed to sensitive financial information, the Genesys Cloud web and desktop apps now filter chat messages to redact numerical strings that may be associated with credit card numbers (16-digit strings, for example). Geographical restrictions on inbound toll-free calls
A Genesys Cloud Voice administrator can now configure a toll-free call restriction to allow inbound calls only from specific countries. For more information, see Edit toll-free inbound restrictions.
