Campaign event viewer

Outbound administrators can now check for and troubleshoot issues that occur with one or more running campaigns. For more information, see Event viewer page

Queues performance detail bar graph

The queues performance detail view now includes an interactive bar graph of summary data for a selected statistic. For more information, see Queues Performance views.

Pop a URL from the default script

Flow authors with a Genesys Cloud 1 license can now configure a call flow to open a URL from the default script. For more information, see Set Screen Pop data action.
