Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region deployment
Genesys now includes the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) (ap-south-1) region in its Genesys Cloud deployment. Service deployments to this region begin April 14, 2021. New Genesys Cloud customers can choose the region closest to their main site location. For more information, see AWS regions for Genesys Cloud deployment. This feature has no restriction by user or required user to access.

CIDR IP address range for cloud media services change
On April 16, 2021, Genesys will implement the CIDR IP address range for cloud media services change for US-East (N. Virginia) and EU (London). The target cutover date for Canada (Central), EU (Frankfurt), EU (Dublin), Asia Pacific (Sydney), and Asia Pacific (Tokyo) is now April 30, 2021. Customers should check the Genesys Cloud system status page for updates and contact Customer Care if issues occur. For more information, see CIDR IP address range for cloud media services change. Customers who have not implemented the firewall rules should contact their network administrator immediately to avoid service disruption.
