View schedule generation warnings


Notes:
  • A load-based schedule may take 20 minutes or longer to generate.
  • If you recently added the Workforce Management > Agent Schedule > Utilize Load Based permission to an agent, it may take up to 4 hours to generate a schedule that includes that agent.

If warnings occur during a load-based schedule generation, you can view them from the Schedules page.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Workforce Management, click Schedules.
  3. From the Management Unit list, located in the upper right corner, select the management unit.
  4. Select the schedule for which you want to view warnings.
  5. Click Generate Schedule. The Schedule Generation Warnings page opens.
  6. Review the warnings and when finished, click OK.
