View schedule generation warnings
- A load-based schedule may take 20 minutes or longer to generate.
- If you recently added the Workforce Management > Agent Schedule > Utilize Load Based permission to an agent, it may take up to 4 hours to generate a schedule that includes that agent.
If warnings occur during a load-based schedule generation, you can view them from the Schedules page.
- Click Admin.
- Under Workforce Management, click Schedules.
- From the Management Unit list, located in the upper right corner, select the management unit.
- Select the schedule for which you want to view warnings.
- Click Generate Schedule. The Schedule Generation Warnings page opens.
- Review the warnings and when finished, click OK.
