View schedule generation warnings


Notes:
  • A load-based schedule may take 20 minutes or longer to generate.
  • If you recently added the Workforce Management > Agent Schedule > Utilize Load Based permission to an agent, it may take up to 4 hours to generate a schedule that includes that agent. For a faster schedule generation and to quickly update all agents, go to Configuration > Agents and select Sync Agents.

If warnings occur during a load-based schedule generation, you can view them from the Schedules page.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Workforce Management, click Schedules.
  3. From the Business Unit list, located in the upper right corner, select the business unit.
  4. Select the schedule for which you want to view warnings.
  5. Click Generate Schedule. The Schedule Generation Warnings page opens.
  6. Review the warnings and when finished, click OK.

Agent is scheduled but not needed on these days: {{days}}  There is no need to schedule this agent according to the forecast of planning group(s) but  agent still has to work on the specified days due to work plan constraints.

UnableToScheduleMaxConsecutiveWorkingDays

Could not schedule maximum consecutive working days.  More than maximum number of consecutive working days were scheduled for the agent.  This could be caused by too many mandatory work days in the work plan or by too low maximum consecutive workday setting in the work plan.

UnableToScheduleMaxConsecutiveWorkingWeekends

 

Could not schedule maximum consecutive working weekends. For this warning working weekend is the one where one or both days of the weekend are scheduled workdays. This message says that the number of scheduled working weekends is higher than the maximum number specified in the work plan. This warning may be caused by maximum consecutive working weekend setting that is too low or by work plan settings that do not allow enough weekends off to be scheduled. Working weekends of the published schedule that occur before current schedule are counted.

This issue could be caused by shift configuration on the specific day, presence of time off that is not compatible with the shift or due to interaction with the shift on previous or next day.
