View inline images - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

If you receive an email that contains inline images, they do not appear automatically. To see the images, to the right of the subject, click Show All Images. The ACD email UI with an open email that has an inline image and the Show all images link highlighted by a box

Note: Images that you send as attachments appear at the bottom of the email.
