Go Live readiness form

Complete this form two weeks prior to a Genesys Cloud CX org going live in production. The form should be filled out by the project manager for the implementation (from either the Partner, Genesys, or Customer end). Once submitted, the information is reviewed by our Genesys Product Support team to proactively review prior to Go Live.

Genesys Cloud fair use policy

Read details on the fair use consumption policy  for features within Genesys Cloud.Each fair use policy provides an allocation of feature-specific amounts allocated monthly based on the license entitlements you have with subscription.

Genesys Cloud token-based usage and pricing

Your organization can consume Genesys Cloud AI Experience tokens as you use Genesys Cloud AI, and the tokens are designed for flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. The quantity of tokens consumed appears on your invoice. These tokens renew each month and do not carry over to future months.

Creating a Wallboard account 

As an administrator, you can create a wallboard account so that you can display a dashboard without having to pay for and use a full Genesys Cloud license.
