Sort call prompts

You can sort call prompts on the appropriate prompts page. 

  1. From the Architect home page, click or hover over the Prompts menu and select System or User.
  2. Click a column by which to sort the call prompts. You can sort by:
    • Alphabetically by Name
    • Alphabetically by Description
    • Prompt resource per each Language
