Set the default script page
When your script has multiple pages, you can set one page to open by default when the script pops on an agent’s display.
- Click Admin.
- Under Contact Center, click Scripts.
- Click the name of the script you want to edit.

Click Page . The list of pages in that script appears. The page with a larger home icon is the default page.

To set a different default page, click Home for another page.
Note: Do not click the name of the page.Home changes color to indicate the new default page.
