Review a published evaluation form

Genesys Cloud stores archived and published versions of your evaluation forms. After you publish an evaluation form, you cannot edit it, but you can review it.

1. Click Admin.
2. Under Quality, click Evaluation Forms.

3. Click the arrow next to Published.

4. Select a version of the evaluation form.

The editor displays the form in read-only mode. You can interact with the form as an evaluator would, but you cannot save your selections or update the form.
