Review a published evaluation form
Prerequisites
- Quality Administrator permissions
Genesys Cloud stores archived and published versions of your evaluation forms. After you publish an evaluation form, you cannot edit it, but you can review it.
- Click Admin.
- Under Quality, click Evaluation Forms.

Click the arrow next to Published.
- Select a version of the evaluation form.
The editor displays the form in read-only mode. You can interact with the form as an evaluator would, but you cannot save your selections or update the form.
