Reactivate a secondary status

You can reactivate a secondary status when you are ready for agents to use it again.

  • Admin role
  • Presence:Presencedefinition:Edit permission

Note: You can have up to 10 active secondary statuses for each primary status. Deactivated statuses are not included in this number.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.
  3. Click Status Management.
  4. Click Show.
  5. Next to the status, click the reactivate button.
  6. Click Save.
