Install the Zoom Phone integration from Genesys AppFoundry

Prerequisites
  • Integrations > Integration > Add, Delete, Edit, and View

This procedure explains how to install the Zoom Phone integration from Genesys AppFoundry. Installation adds the app to your organization’s Admin > Integrations page. Later, configure and activate this integration.

To install Zoom Phone into your org, complete these steps:

  1. Log in to Genesys Cloud.
  2. Navigate to the Genesys AppFoundry.
  3. In the Search box, type Zoom Phone. The card for the app appears.
  4. Click the Zoom Phone card. Details about the app appear.
  5. Click Install.
