Install the custom Microsoft Graph integration

For accessing multiple mailboxes through Microsoft Graph, you must set up an integration for each domain separately. To install the custom Microsoft Graph server integration:

  1. Log in to the Genesys Cloud org in which you want to add a custom Microsoft Graph server.
  2. Click Admin.
  3. Under Integrations, click Integrations.
  4. Click Integrations.
  5. In the Search box, type Azure Graph API. 
  6. Click the Azure Graph API card. 
  7. Click Install.
  8. Enter a name for the new Microsoft Graph server.

The integration is now available to configure and activate from Genesys Cloud Admin > Integrations > Integrations.
