Install Audio Connector from Genesys AppFoundry

This procedure explains how to install Audio Connector from Genesys AppFoundry. Installation adds the app to your organization’s Genesys Cloud Admin > Integrations page. Later, configure and activate it. Install Audio Connector for each endpoint that you want to stream to.

Add Audio Connector from Genesys AppFoundry

  1. To navigate to the AppFoundry, perform one of the following steps:
    1. Go to the Genesys AppFoundry home page.
    2. Access Genesys AppFoundry from the Admin menu:
      1. Under Integrations, click Integrations.
      2. Click Integrations.
      3. Click Genesys AppFoundry.
  2. Click Sign In to log in to Genesys Cloud for the org in which to add Audio Connector.
  3. In the Search box, type Audio Connector. The card for Genesys Audio Connector appears.
  4. Click the card. Information about the app appears.
  5. Click Purchase.

Install Audio Connector from the Admin menu

  1. Log in to Genesys Cloud for the org in which to add Audio Connector.
  2. Click Admin.
  3. Under Integrations, click Integrations.
  4. Click Integrations.
  5. In the Search box, type Audio Connector. The card for Audio Connector appears.
  6. Click the Audio Connector card. Information about the app appears.
  7. Click Install.

Audio Connector is now available to configure and activate from Genesys Cloud’s Admin > Integrations page.
