BYOC Premises Edge hardware usage charge
Deprecation Announcement: On January 20, 2024, Genesys removed the ability to deploy the Genesys Cloud BYOC Premises – Customer VM Solution. This date marks the End of Support (EOS). On January 13, 2025, existing deployments will cease to operate. This date marks the End of Life (EOL). For more information, see Deprecation: BYOC Premises – Customer VM Solution.
For each BYOC Premises Edge in your organization that is in an In Service state, you incur the monthly hardware usage charge as specified in your Genesys Cloud contract. This charge is currently set at $99 per month; however, your monthly charge may be different depending on previous contractual agreements.
