Enable the ability to react to a chat message

Prerequisites
  • Admin role

This feature allows users to react to chat messages.

To enable this feature for your organization, follow these steps:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Under Security & Compliance, enable Chat Reactions Enabled.
  5. Click Save.
Note: This action enables the feature for your organization. To use the feature, users must have the following permission: Chat > Settings > View. For more information about permissions, see About people and permissions.
