Edit a port request

Prerequisites

  • Genesys Cloud Voice Admin role

You can change the activation date and time of a port request that has a status of Port Pending.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Genesys Cloud Voice, click Number Management.
  3. Click the Port Requests tab.
  4. Select the check box next to the port that you want to edit.
    Note: You can only edit one port request at a time. If you select more than one port request, Number Management disables the Edit Port button.
  5. Click Edit Port. The appropriate Edit Port Request dialog appears.
  6. Use the calendar and clock controls to select a new date and time.
  7. Click Save
