Edit a group

Prerequisites 

The following permissions:

  • To create a group: Directory > Group > Add
  • To edit a group: Directory > Group > Edit
  • To delete a group: Directory > Group > Delete
  • To view a group: Directory > Group > View
  • To create a skill expression group: Routing > Skillgroup > Add
  • To delete a skill expression group: Routing > Skillgroup > Delete
  • To edit a skill expression group: Routing > Skillgroup > Edit
  • To view a skill expression group: Routing > Skillgroup > View

If you have a non-admin role with Group permissions, see Create groups (non-admins).

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Directory, click Groups.
  3. For a General group, click the General tab. For a Skill Expression group, click the Skill Expression tab.
  4. To open the group, click its name.
  5. Edit general information.
  6. Set a profile picture.
  7. Set privacy rules.
  8. Configure a group phone number.
  9. Add group members.
