Why deprecate Genesys Enhanced TTS – Google European Voices?

Google is in the process of deprecating certain European TTS voices. Starting April 15, 2025, these voices will no longer be available in Genesys Enhanced TTS integrations.

Am I affected?

All customers with Genesys Enhanced TTS on their subscription are affected. Specifically, customers who are using the deprecated voices must select a different voice in Architect flows before the deprecation date.
