Configure outbound settings


To configure outbound settings, open an outbound flow and then click Settings Outbound.

Within an outbound call flow’s general configuration, you can configure default outbound settings for the contact list and wrap-up code, and you can view the contact list properties.

Action Description and use

Contact List

Select or change the default contact list to use when implementing the outbound call flow.

Default Wrapup Code

Select or change the default wrap-up code associated with this outbound call flow.

Contact List Properties

View the field values assigned to the contact list, such as name, address, VIP status, ID, cell phone, and more.
