Client does not appear


Note: This article applies to PureCloud Embeddable Framework, PureCloud for Chrome, PureCloud for Firefox, PureCloud for Salesforce, and PureCloud for Zendesk.

The PureCloud embedded client does not appear in your third-party product. 

In your PureCloud organization, you enabled Restrict PureCloud Embedding but did not add domains under Allow Embeddable Domain(s)

If you enable Restrict PureCloud Embedding, you must add domains to the whitelist that the PureCloud embedded client needs to access.
