Change division for scripts

Prerequisites

The following permissions:

  • Scripter > Script > Add

To change a division for a script, follow these steps:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Contact Center, click Scripts.
  3. In the script list, select one or more scripts, and then click Change Division.
  4. Select a division, and then click Change Division.

A message appears when the scripts successfully move to their new division.
