Cancel a port request
Prerequisites
- Genesys Cloud Voice Admin role
 
You can cancel any port request that has a status of Port Pending.
- Click Admin.
 - Under Genesys Cloud Voice, click Number Management.
 - Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Telephony > Number Management.
 - Click the Port Requests tab.
 - Select the check box next to the port that you want to cancel and click Cancel Port. The Cancel Port dialog appears.Note: You can only cancel one port request at a time. If you select more than one port request, Number Management disables the Cancel Port button.
 - Check that the numbers included in your cancel request.
 - Click Confirm.
