Call task action


In inbound email flows, use the Call Task action to call another task. When the called task completes, the configured output path determines how flow execution continues. This action does not move on until the task completes.

Name Description
Name field  Type a distinctive name for the Call Task action. The label you enter here becomes the action’s name displayed in the task sequence.
Task

Under Task, do any of the following:

  • Select the task you want to call.
  • Click the + button to create a new task. Then click the edit button to open and configure the new task.
  • Click X to delete a selected task from this action.
  • Click the Go to task button to configure or modify the selected task.
