How do I know that authenticated chat requests to PureCloud are only coming from my site?

Your site can request a signature for authenticated chat only if it has a valid OAuth token for your organization. Only you know the credentials for making requests to the PureCloud API on behalf of your organization. As long as you secure your credentials, no one else can make requests to the PureCloud API on your behalf.

What information is sent to PureCloud with a signature request?

You can send as much or as little information as you want. The only required item is the OAuth token.
