- 30+ out-of-the-box dashboards and reports for critical contact center use cases
- Ability for administrators to manage complex configurations and organizations for 1000s of queues and scale to serve up to 10,000 users
- Accelerated time to value; deploy in 1-2 weeks with 85+ data connectors for data ingestion or export Genesys Cloud data to external business intelligence tools
- Flexible hosting on AWS or Microsoft Azure with single sign-on and multi-factor authentication capabilities
- Expert services for setup, configuration, and customization

To add to your subscription, contact your account executive, sales consultant, or your designated Customer Service Manager.
Genesys Cloud pricing
The pricing is based on a per agent licensing model and matches the Genesys Cloud user count, whether named or concurrent agent seats. Subscription includes support and all platform upgrades, major releases, and patches.
Customers will also require a one-time Quickstart Enablement package that is separate from the subscription cost. Any additional customization work is subject to scoping and agreement of associated cost.
