Add a webhook for events integration
- Click Admin.
- Under Integrations, click Integrations.
- To add the integration, click Integrations.
- Search for webhook and then click Install for Webhook for Events integration.
- Enter a name for the integration.
- Click the Configuration tab and enter the following properties:
- Invocation Rate per Minute – Enter the number of times per minute to invoke the webhook. Note: Acceptable values range from 1 to 500. However, the organization’s maximum number of webhook invocation limit must be considered to ensure that a small number of integrations do not consume the entire capacity. For more information, see Limits in Genesys Cloud Developer Center.
- Invocation Rate per Minute – Enter the number of times per minute to invoke the webhook.
- Click Save.
When you activate the integration, the Details tab of the integration displays the Invocationurl and Webhookid. Copy the Invocationurl and use it to configure your system to send Webhook events to the integration.
